Marketing Engineer Training

Become a Marketing Engineer.
Train on the Systems We Actually Run.

Anar trains marketers to become marketing engineers on the same systems we run for clients and for our own agency. In four weeks you audit a real company, build its growth repo and weekly market memo, ship one working system, and write the case study that proves it worked. The people who do the best work are the people we ask to build with us.

Marketer first. Builder second. We teach the second part.

What you train on

Not slides. The systems we run for clients and for ourselves: the six systems a marketing engineer builds, the checks that keep them honest, and the approval steps that keep them safe.

1. Customer truth

Sales calls, tickets, reviews and churn notes read every week into one memo: what buyers said, in their words, with the quote attached.

2. Founder content engine

One recorded conversation turned into posts, scripts, emails and page copy, with a record of which lines actually performed.

3. Outbound signal engine

Agents that watch for hiring, funding, reviews and job changes, then draft outreach tied to the trigger, for a human to approve.

4. Creative testing engine

One offer turned into dozens of ad angles, launched in structured tests, read weekly, with the losers cut on a rule.

5. AI search visibility

Tracking which pages ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cite for your buyer's questions, and rewriting the ones they skip.

6. Growth cockpit

A Monday memo that says what changed, what worked, what to test next, and which number moved. It replaces the status meeting.

How the training runs

W1

Audit

Pick a real company. Read its site, offer, customers and funnel. Write down what you would test first and why.

W2

Growth repo

Build the folder that holds the company's marketing memory, and the first weekly memo of what the market is saying, with the receipts.

W3

One machine

Build one system end to end: content, outbound, or creative testing. One that runs beats five that almost run.

W4

Results and the case study

Measure what changed and write it up. The case study is the thing that gets you hired, by us or by anyone else.

Questions people ask before they apply

Do I need to know how to code?

No, but you need to be willing to learn the basics: running a script, reading an error, editing a file. Most of the work is deciding what to build and checking the output, which is a marketing skill.

How long does the training take?

The core plan is four weeks: audit, growth repo, one working system, and a written case study. We share the schedule for the next group when you apply.

Will I get hired at the end?

Not automatically. The people who do the best work are the people we ask to work with us on client systems. Either way, you leave with a case study you can show anyone.

What does it cost?

We share the format and cost with applicants directly. Apply through the contact form and we reply with the details.

What tools will I use?

The ones the job postings ask for: an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code, Python and SQL basics, a CRM, an automation tool such as n8n, and the ad and analytics platforms. We teach the order to learn them in.
